It's pay-back time .... and what better way to thank someone than with a Money Tree plant? Money Tree is the common name. The botanical name is a Pachira Aquatica, a tropical wetland tree, growing in Central and South America in areas of swamp. The Money Tree with the braided trunk is for indoor use in our area and best in medium light, at room temperature and, all else being equal, probably needs a decent watering weekly. Our plants are planted in 4.5" and 9" diameter pots. The 4.5"are each available in a terra-cotta pot or with a ceramic pot cover. The 4.5" is approx. 20"+ tall ( inc. pot cover ) and 12"+ in diameter. The 9" diameter pots are approx. 44"+ tall and 32"+ in diameter. The 9" plant is available in a growers pot with 3 price points: the growers pot; with a wicker or rattan type basket pot cover; or a black, ribbed, tall - 18"+, ceramic pot elevating the plant in pot to over 54" and makes this a statement piece - an ideal gift for a work environment, residence or social/community group space. Note that he terra-cotta pots have drainage holes. The wicker and ceramic pots/pot covers have sealed base.
